For over 3 years we have been helping people get fitter and stronger by participating in our pilates classes. Pilates aims to improve the quality of movement and function by building body awareness, strength, flexibility, co-ordination and endurance. It will enhance posture and relaxation. We have lots of classes throughout the week at times to suit your lifestyle.
We restrict our classes to 10 people per class so that all of our members get the individual attention they need to maintain good technique.
