Lisa Dowling
Lisa represented Ireland in the World Duathlon Championships in 2003 and was the All Ireland Gymnastics Champion in her younger years!
In her time as a Personal Trainer Lisa has worked with many professional and amateur athletes especially during her time as Fitness Manager in Club La Santa, Lanzarote where she spent 3 years. She then worked in London as a Personal Trainer working with many clients with varying goals including weight loss, toning up, increasing fitness levels, recovery from illness and injury.
A qualified pilates instructor Lisa finds a unique way to blend what you need with what you enjoy to make sure you get results quickly and safely.
Daughter of twice European Boxing Bronze Medallist, double Olympian and winner of 9 National Titles Mick and Dublin Marathon winner and international athlete Emily, Lisa was always destined for a career in Sport and Exercise.

Mick Dowling
Mick Dowling is one of Ireland’s most respected boxing coaches having served as a member of the National Coaching Committee for 10 years his knowledge of the sport is second to none. He is currently senior coach of the Mount Tallant Boxing Club and IT Tallaght Boxing Squad.
Mick’s competitive record is outstanding he boxed 50 times in the green vest of Ireland competing at both the 1968 Mexico and 1972 Munich Olympic Games. He is also the proud owner of 2 European Bronze Medals and still holds the record for 8 National titles in the same weight division.
More recently Mick trained the Leinster Rugby squad in the art of Boxing Conditioning and is well known as RTE’s boxing commentator and fight analyst.
